Acceptable Use Policy

Any usage of services provided by Drive-X constitutes acceptance of this agreement. It is the responsibility of each Drive-X customer to exercise such control and discretion as is necessary to comply with the conditions of this Acceptable Use Policy. Drive-X is not responsible for any damages caused by violation thereof.

Drive-X customers will not utilize their access to Drive-X equipment to obtain and/or utilize lists of users' email addresses, account information, or passwords. Such activity is a breach of the privacy of our users and shall be dealt with to the full extent of the law.

Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a Drive-X customer, whether or not the targeted account or computer belongs to Drive-X, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the violation.

Drive-X does not allow or support the transmission of spam to or from our network. Spam is unsolicited, bulk email, usually commercial in nature. All incidents of spam should be reported directly to us with full email headers. Complete headers are important because almost all spammers forge email addresses. If any Drive-X customers are found to be the source of spam then the accounts will be immediately terminated and legal action will follow.

The Internet is an important modern technology that provides a means of information sharing among computers around the world. Some information may be illicit in content and/or in violation of copyright laws. Drive-X customers found in misuse of this information will have their accounts terminated and services revoked.
